Initially incorporated as ETA Industries in 1978, we developed a solid reputation for quality and service. In 1996 we were purchased by a private investor and became ETA Global, Inc. New investment capital enabled us to expand our offering of products and services. This brought increased revenues and in 2007, inspired by an entrepreneurial spirit, our employees purchased the company under an ESOP plan.
